Does anyone know the build featured on this video?

It seems to be a recent one since it includes Shrouds of Distress but I couldn't find it on PvX.

I'd also be glad if someone could suggest the equipment that should be used with this build.

Its the older version that WAS effective back when SF wasn't capped. I use to run that 4 e a run if lucky

why do idiots want to take spirit of failure, by the time u actually get enrgy back from the 25% chance of missing uve already got a full energy bar :/

It actually used to be extremely effective when SF caused all attacks to miss. I'd farm the UW Chamber in 2 mobs using Spirit of Failure on an Aatxe and using Radiation Field --> Ether Nightmare --> Cry of Pain on the group.

My guess is someone used an old build and didn't care to optimize it to the new skill mechanics.
